Instructions:
Shower: Soak 2 sachets in a 6-8 liter pot of hot water for about 15 minutes. Once it is ready, it can be used in the shower.
Soaking bath: Soak 3-4 sachets in a 6-8 liter pot of hot water for about 15 minutes, then add it to your bath water.
Foot Bath: Put 1 sachet into a basin filled with hot water, and use it to soak your feet. If you want a more concentrated formula, you can soak 1 sachet in a 3-4 liter pot of hot water for about 15 minutes. Once it is ready, you can then use it as a foot bath.
